On Friday July 8, 2022, Mr. Jacob Halterman was received into the novitiate and clothed in the monastic habit. Abbot Mark gave him his religious name, Brother Ambrose. Brother Ambrose’s patron is Saint Ambrose of Milan. Brother Ambrose is a native of Solomons, Maryland and a member of the Saint Anselm College Class of 2021. Father Bernard Disco, O.S.B. will serve as his Novice Master. Please pray for Brother Ambrose as he begins this year of formation. Please continue to pray that our community will be blessed with new vocations.
