Saint Anselm College's free tuition program supporting our local community with access to quality education.

Saint Anselm College is pledging to support students from Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont with access to a high-quality education tuition-free. This scholarship program is part of the college’s commitment to making a Saint Anselm education affordable to talented, high-achieving students* regardless of their socioeconomic background. 

To be eligible, the student must:
  • Be a Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont resident^ and plan to be a residential student at Saint Anselm College.
  • Earn a high school GPA of 3.25 or higher.
  • Have a family income of $100,000 or less (Total family income including all taxable and untaxable income).
  • File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the priority deadline of February, 15 2026 and complete the application process. 

*Transfer students are not eligible for the grant.

^The permanent and primary residence must be in ME, NH, or VT for both student and parent contributor(s). Both student and parent contributor(s) must be legal residents of ME, NH, or VT for at least one year prior to enrollment at Saint Anselm College to qualify.

^Proof of residency and/or income verification for both student and parent contributor(s) is required to be provided upon request. The following documents are examples of documents that may be requested:

  • Copies of the student's Federal Income Tax return as well as parents' Federal Income Tax return.
  • Copy of state driver's license.
  • Copy of mortgage statement.
