Dear Members of the Saint Anselm Community,
Today the Saint Anselm College community greets its new president, Dr. Joseph Favazza. In the relative quiet of the campus in summer, there is today a sense of excitement as we begin this new chapter in the history of our college. Dr. Favazza brings a wealth of experience to his new position, a profound commitment to Catholic liberal arts education, an appreciation of what makes Saint Anselm distinctive among its peers, and a vision which will lead the college in exciting ways in the years ahead. College presidents face significant challenges these days. Dr. Favazza will know that he does not face those challenges alone, but can count on the loyalty, dedication and prayers of those who are with him on campus as well as the wider Saint Anselm College community.
Please join me and the Benedictine community in welcoming to the Hilltop Saint Anselm College’s eleventh president, Dr. Joseph Favazza. May God bless him and his family as they join today our Saint Anselm family. And may God continue to bless our alumni, our friends and supporters, and the students he has entrusted to our care.
